The artist, Joseph Sarkees, has more than 50 years experience in the art world both in the studio and en plein air (in the open air) - focused mainly on 2 dimensional arts (acrylics, oils and drawings). 

Credentials include: attendence at the Philadelphia University of the Arts (formally Philadelphia Museum College of Art), Fleisher Art Memorial, member of Willingboro Art Alliance and Rancocas Valley Plein Air Painters.
